Smooth away pore clogging build-up with our Bioré Hydrate & Glow Toner. Great for dry, sensitive skin, this toner is a glow-making blend infused with coconut water, prebiotics and lactic acid. Gently dissolve dead skin cells, without causing excessive dryness, and prep skin for a dose of healthy hydration.

How To Use

1. Lightly saturate a cotton pad
2. Gently sweep across freshly cleansed face and neck, avoiding eyes and mouth.
3. Allow a few seconds to fully dry
4. Follow with a moisturizer, and SPF for daytime.
5. Start slowly! Begin using every other day, then gradually increase to up to two times daily.
